At yenvi.nl, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your order under the following conditions:

Return Period
You have 14 days to return your order, starting when you receive your package.

Return Conditions

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• Products worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned.
• Items purchased on sale cannot be returned unless otherwise stated.

Return Costs

• The costs for returning an item are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.
• We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for return shipments lost during transit.

Refund
Once we receive and approve your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the same payment method you used.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different product, you must place a new order.
