1. General
These terms apply to all orders placed through our webshop yenvi.nl and purchases made in our physical store.
2. Prices and Payment
All listed prices include VAT. Payments must be made during the checkout process for webshop or in-store purchases. We accept the standard payment methods as indicated on the website.
3. Shipping Costs and Delivery
We apply shipping costs for online orders, which are clearly stated at checkout. Unless otherwise specified, we aim to deliver orders within 2-5 business days.
4. Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt. The return costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
5. Liability
Yenvi.nl is not liable for any damages resulting from using the products we provide unless there is intent or gross negligence.
6. Complaints
If you have a complaint about a product or our services, please inform us as soon as possible via hello@yenvi.nl. We will do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
7. Applicable Law
All agreements are subject to Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
